White wine and oregano vinaigrette

1/2 cup organic olive oil
1/8 cup white wine
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon organic maple syrup
1/8 cup fresh organic lemon juice
1/8 cup shallot, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves

Add the olive oil, white wine, mustard, salt, pepper, maple syrup, lemon juice, shallot, and oregano leaves to a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
