Cassia oil can be very intense, so a little goes a long way. It is also a very hot oil that should always be used diluted with water or fractionated coconut oil. Only use one to two drops to start, and if any cassia oil gets on your skin, immediately wipe it away with coconut oil so it doesn’t burn you.

2 to 3 drops cassia essential oil
2 drops clove essential oil
3 drops ginger essential oil
4 drops wild orange essential oil
Place essential oil drops and filtered water into diffuser. Breathe deeply and relax.
