1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 cups gluten-free oats
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup organic raisins
1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oats, and baking soda. Add vanilla, coconut oil, and honey; mix well to combine. Add raisins and chocolate chips, stirring gently.
Place heaping tablespoons of batter several inches apart on a rimmed baking sheet lined with a silicone mat. Bake at 350ºF for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and cool; store in a airtight container.
