2 cups blanched almond flour
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup mashed bananas (2 large bananas)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs

method

   Place bananas and pumpkin in a food processor. Pulse until well combined and smooth. In large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, co- conut flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, baking soda, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and eggs; stir well. Mix in blended banana and pumpkin to combine.

   Oil a standard-sized bread tin with coconut oil, add mixture, and bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the bread feels firm to the touch. If the top begins to darken early, cover it with tinfoil.
